Summer is winding down

A very wise man once asked me, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" And so I thought about it for a while, and I decided that the answer is still a work in progress. I have finally come to the realization that I cannot be Peter Pan, and that I will have to move into the real world.....sooner than I realize. However, lately I've been leaning heavily toward law school, hopefully at Pepperdine University to study entertainment law. Now I just need to pass the LSAT's and see what happens from there. I also am still taking acting classes as well as interning with an agent, which has been AMAZING so I will continue to look into those professions as well.

I will be coming back to Pennsylvania next week and am anxiouisly awaiting my senior year. However, I am a little sad that Megabeast Mondays will no longer be Megabeast Mondays. I am currently looking for a replacement Beast to carry on the tradition, because my old partner in crime Liz Farry is doing well for herself with a wonderful internship this fall semester. Congratulations Liz!

As for the end of my summer out here in California, I am finishing up the last few days of my internship and have two more acting classes in front of top industry casting directors. I also did some featured extra work last week, which was a blast, and today my family and I went to be in the audience at the Price Is Right. It was a ridiculous time, and although none of us got chosen to be contestants, I did have to go up on stage for a dancing contest. And, because we all know how well I dance, you can imagine how funny it was :) Anyhow, I'm off to bed for tonight, I have a BUSY day again tomorrow.

Until next time,
Kirstan :)

P.S. My friend Cocoa did indeed win "Funniest Comic in the City" and now has her own night at B.B. Kings. Congratulations Cocoa!
