Just a little update...

I'm now back in California after graduation. Already I had an audition today and got to meet Macy Gray. It just never lets up, and I'm not complaining! The busier the better! I will be flying back into the 'burgh again next week to work The Great American Model and Talent Search, which will hopefully be a great way to refresh my relationships with old contacts in the industry. I also was lucky enough to meet Adam Sandler this week, as well as his sidekick, "YOU CAN DO IT!" Name that actor :)

I'm exhausted.

and just when I thought things were calming down.....

I was lucky enough to have a few days to go back to good old Westminster to see everyone.....which was a total surprise to everyone. I had a blast, and then came back to a crazy schedule. I had an audition last week and two this week to come, as well as some work on a film starring Jenna Jameson (no, it is not a porn!) Then, next week I'll be back in PA for graduation, will come back to film an infomercial, and then back again to PA to work The Great American Model and Talent Search. So....just when I thought things were calming down......off to the races we go!

Just a really quick update

I've been so busy I haven't had time to blog, but just to update, tomorrow we will begin production of the film "You're So Dead." I will be working as the director's assistant as well as the dialogue director. I'll try to keep this updated, but I will be EXTREMELY busy the next 3 weeks, seeing as we only have 18 days to film....

I'm off to the morgue tomorrow....yikes!

BUSYness....

Sorry that I haven't posted in so long, but I've been extremely busy these past couple of weeks. Just thought I'd write a brief update:

1. I'm still busy with a commercial/infomercial that is set to film mid-april then again in may.
2. We just wrapped up casting of the film "You're So Dead" this week. We cast 32 roles, which would normally take about 6 weeks to do, in 9 days. We really rocked it out, but were sooooo busy.
3. Another breakdown for a new Gregory Dark, who is an AMAZING director (his most recent film "See No Evil") film went out yesterday, and casting for that will begin shortly.
4. I'm still working a side job to make extra cash for the time being, as well as taking acting classes and have been out on quite a few auditions with one callback coming up.

So, I mean, really, if you look at it, I haven't been doing a darn thing (gosh I love sarcasm). ANYHOW, I have to be getting up REALLY early tomorrow morning to continue my hectic life. Goodnight and sweetest of dreams!

Ugly Kirstan

This week has been very busy for me in my entertainment career. I had acting class on Tuesday night with casting director Leslee Dennis. It was a great learning experience and was VERY informational.

I also had 3 auditions this week, and booked a Jason Mraz music video, who happens to be a top artist on Titan Radio. The song, which was created for the show "Ugly Betty," is titled "The Beauty in Ugly," and we will apparently be digitally altered to make the video. It shot today, and was a BLAST! I met a lot of people (including Jason Mraz...who happens to be my old Megabeast partner Liz Farry's favorite). We then found out that the video will most likely be airing sometime in February on ABC between "Ugly Betty" and "Grey's Anatomy." So keep an eye out for me!

Anyhow, I'm off to bed because I am TOTALLY exhausted....
